Big Falls Eddy River Cleanup

Join Vermont River Conservancy, the Missisquoi River Basin Association (MRBA), and the Upper Missisquoi and Trout Rivers (UMATR) Wild & Scenic Committee for a community cleanup at Big Falls Eddy! Bring your canoe or kayak if you’d like to help clean up from the water, and work alongside fellow volunteers to care for this beloved swimming and fishing access below Vermont’s highest undammed waterfall while learning about the Wild & Scenic Missisquoi River.

What to Bring:

Bring a water bottle, wear closed-toe shoes and clothes suitable for outdoor cleanup activities, and come prepared for variable weather with items like sunscreen, bug spray, and a hat. Vermont River Conservancy will provide nitrile and work gloves, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
