Property Description: As a major tributary of the Missisquoi River, the Tyler Branch flows through active farmland. This easement will allow the Tyler Branch to restore its natural meander pattern, reduce sedimentation and phosphorous run-off, and establish protective riparian buffers along the currently tilled shorelands of the river.
