Help Clean Up the River at Nulhegan Hut

A project years in the making, we purchased the 2 acres next to the beloved Nulhegan Hut, and we’ve been working to clean up the property and turn it into a riverfront park with better access to the river for fishing, paddling, and splashing. Imagine: instead of caving-in walls and trash-covered floors greeting the hundreds of visitors who come to enjoy local rivers, a wildflower-filled meadow and a lovely path to the water's edge.

We’ve raised $50,000 to haul out the old buildings and restore the site, with contractors ready to begin October 15th. Unfortunately, this is just half of the total cost of $100,000.
